Current•Manage the PJM Learning Management System (LMS), including several key enhancement projects such as a cloud-based annotation application for course materials and a competency tracking module used to demonstrate task proficiency •Analyze, design, and deliver instructor-led and online training to diverse audiences throughout the United States using a systematic approach to training•Utilize simulation technology for instructor-led training events, including large-scale simulator programs and other interactive techniques•Analyze completion and utilization metrics on training programs and present results to senior leadership•Implement a new process for monitoring legally-mandated compliance with PJM training and certification requirements through the use of recurring reports and status updates for management and employees, resulting in increased participant responsiveness and compliance•Develop policies, processes, and procedures related to training program
