Continuously develop candidate pool to fulfill firm's lateral attorney hiring needs, and monitor trends within the industry to consider impact on the firm. Plan and manage the firm's Summer Associate program, including: orientation, training, presentations, and firm social events. Coordinate the firm's Fall On Campus Recruiting efforts, including: resume screening, coordinating with law school and off-campus job fair organizers, and management of the callback interview and offer processes. Track attorney continuing education (CEB/CLE) compliance and manage logistics of in-house training program. Work with Mentoring Partner on associate mentoring initiatives. Facilitate annual associate, counsel and paralegal performance evaluation processes and associate mentoring program. Plan and orchestrate firm-wide social events including cocktail receptions, summer family picnics and attorney retreats. Participate in firm diversity and wellness efforts.
