Assist the contracts department in monitoring and tracking contracts Utilize B2GNow database to monitor contract compliance and verify payment Prepare monthly and quarterly reports based off compliance issues and progress Coordinate with Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE), and Disadvantaged Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) businesses to confirm qualification Assist in prime contractors and subcontractors with contract issues and questions Utilize the B2GNow database to address and identify SBE, DBE, and DVBE program requirements

● Working in document control to ensure engineering drawings, shop drawings, part and identification drawings, and ISO drawings are up to date on both the computer and the field copies● Print hydrotest results and drawings for all construction needs● Work with payroll department to get three month backlog of personnel documents entered into the system● Work with accounting and review invoices and payment reports for accuracy● Responsible for receiving and delivery welding change requests for engineering drawing updates● Track and Requests for Information in SharePoint● Update drawing database in SharePoint

● Organize and track all aspects of projects● Assist with Scheduling Field Technicians on jobs● Update schedule board with activities – AJ’s/AI’s, etc. ● Responsible for printing project drawings and information and putting into job ticket ● Follow Up with vendors on delivery date of equipment
