We work through all the pressures and challenges you face, to achieve change for the better - for people, the organisation, the community and our planet. My earlier career was a mixture of interim and consultancy work in a range of organisations across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. I now mainly focus on:• Coaching managers at all levels in organisations and the community• Relational supervision for Organisation Development Practitioners and coaches (working as internals, externals or as interim managers). My intent is that we meet as equals in relationship with each other. It is about offering support and seeing your work with new eyes and additional perspective. We focus on relationships and feelings, rather than technical content. These are 1:1 sessions for an hour, typically monthly, and can be online or F2F if location is feasible. • Contributing to groups who are seeking to bring about regenerative, environmental and / or social impact. This includes OD groups such as OD UK (formerly known as ODNE-London & South East), climate groups, and garden groups.I bring a relational approach, and a strong interest in ‘health’ at all levels, and the complex inter-relationship between climate, biodiversity, our food system, human health and social justice.Please do get in touch if you’d like to explore anything I’ve mentioned.
