The main achievements were:• Under the USAID Justice for Sustainable Peace Activity, led the design of behavioral tools aimed at increasing trust in the local justice system and improving relationship between citizens and officials.• Civic Culture Survey Medellín 2019 – Through the Medellin City Hall Civic Culture Survey 2019 project, oversaw the coordination of a 2,000 people survey to evaluate the city's civic culture strategy, resulting in the publication of a book with the findings.• Civic Culture Survey Bogotá 2018 – Similarly coordinated the Civic Culture Survey Bogota 2018 with the Bogota Chamber of Commerce to assess and present perspectives on the progress of civic culture in Bogotá. • Financial Education for Youth – Fasecolda: Through the Fasecolda project with the Financial Education for Youth created and piloted a financial education strategy that impacted over 4,000 students to promote good financial practices.• Organizational Culture – Belcorp: with the Organizational Culture’s Belcorp project, implemented a cultural strategy to improve communication and productivity among more than 2,000 employees. • “Mission Annica” Project: supported the “Mission Annica” project in designing a web tool with a behavioral focus to mitigate internet risks for teenagers, which was piloted with more than 2,000 users. -
