As the Director of the Western US Region I collaborated with large enterprise clients to evaluate their business telecommunication and related expense management environments. Based on client needs & business goals I provided solution recommendations, and engaged solution design, development, delivery and management that helped meet stated targets/goals.

(DMI) (acquired Mission Critical Wireless in August 2012)Provided innovative TEM/WEM and MMS solutions to direct Clients and Channel Partners, by approaching each opportunity as a clean slate, with its own unique needs and goals, and as an opportunity to be creative, collaborative and add measurable value! I led a team of Sales Individuals in the West and managed two Channel Partner relationships; Insight Enterprises and T-Mobile, while performing several other Operational leadership functions. I was instrumental in structuring business development plans (on several levels), Channel Partner strategies/plans, new business offerings, contracts and processes (internally and Channel), and meeting sales objectives for myself and my team(s).

Managed a key Channel Partnership relationship by providing Mobility experience and expertise, and by working with the partner to build the channel relationship from the ground up. Including: practices, processes, sales tools, collateral, contracts, deliverables, financial guidelines, and sales goals/objectives. The services we provided to the Channel Partner ranged from end user and server support, to MDM solutions, to resource augmentation engagements.

Work collaboratively with business clients to expertly customize Mobility and Telecom Expense solutions which generated savings and increased efficiency in all areas of Telecom Expense and Mobility Lifecycle Management. Streamlined processes, increased resource utilization and productivity, centralized and enhanced visibility which drove improved savings, reporting, accountability, budgeting & project planning, and day-to-day efficiency.
