Growing up I have always had a strong love for languages and I push myself to not just understand them but to speak too, but just like everything in life I was able to effectively speak and understand some, and others seemed difficult. not understanding some languages wasn't enough to stop me as I continued to push me to do better.Starting my Human Resource career seemed like a mismatch given my B.A. in Languages and Linguistics. However, I immediately recognized the opportunity it presented, to understand the most important asset of any organization.Luckily I'm obsessed with staying organized and making everyone's life easier and with my enthusiasm for technology, Newistt ERP system continues to make my Human Resources journey impactful. I have been privileged to harness diverse views and opinions to create solutions that foster productivity.In the dynamic landscape of the tech industry, I recognized the pivotal role that data plays in shaping strategic decisions. Motivated to enhance my proficiency in Human Resources, I embarked on a journey to acquire data analytics and business analytics skills.My decision to delve into the realm of data analytics was fueled by the realization that HR functions are increasingly intertwined with data-driven insights. In an era where decisions are empowered by information, I sought to bridge the gap between traditional HR practices and the evolving needs of the tech sector.Recognizing the transformative potential of analytics, I undertook specialized courses to develop a robust foundation.
