Focus on process and performance improvement for a cross functional team responsible for delivering accurate and timely walls project specifications. Customer focused and responsive, this team proactively sought out innovative ways to fulfill aesthetic requirements using Haworth's movable wall products in the most cost effective manner. From bid response through to punch list resolution, business processes were first deconstructed and then streamlined to ensure consistent response quality. Maureen led the development and implementation of dealer training programs for walls specification. While also managing the Walls Customer Service Team, Maureen provided leadership in negotiation and conflict resolution as well as quality improvement initiatives driven by product corrections. Utilizing her additional education, Maureen led cross-enterprise projects that enhanced business processes spanning multiple sites.

Responsible for initiating marketing campaigns as well as overall brand management. Directed the development of the new AirSprint website and improved customer fulfillment interfaces. Maureen was also responsible for overseeing the development of AirSprint's corporate office including the sourcing and selection of fixtures and furniture, on-site project management and move management of employees and assets.

Responsible for leading cross-functional projects with stakeholders from multiple sites in the US and Canada. Primary project types included new product development, business process improvement and communication projects. Of note was the implementation of the FSC Credit program for wood products across the Haworth product portfolio.
