Customer Service-Managing clients’ accounts.-Following up on dispatched and pending orders.-Providing shipment quotes and scheduling orders for clients.-Confirming customer delivery addresses and writing daily reports on the deliveries made.-Updating clients on their shipments.- Organize for clients' deliveries.Administration-Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.-Keep records and reports up to date.-Making outbound calls.-Prepare shipping documents (such as invoices, purchase orders and bill of lading).-Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.-Provide information to customers about the status of their orders.

•Managing client accounts, and dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.•Building and maintaining work relationships with couriers and customers.•Providing exceptional customer care, and attending to customer and courier grievances, assisting in finding lasting solutions.•Providing shipment quotes and scheduling orders for clients.•Following up on dispatched and pending orders, and seeking clarification on reasons for return or rejection of certain orders.•Confirming customer delivery addresses, and writing daily reports to merchants on deliveries, canceled orders, and pending orders.•Following up on and keeping clear records of stock inventory.
