After spending fifteen years at Northwestern University in the Athletics and Recreation Department, I shifted into the Chief Operations Officer role with the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association May 2022. It is a privilege to use my experience as a sport administrator and former swimming student-athlete to help "protect, preserve and expand" collegiate swimming and diving opportunities alongside USA Swimming, USOPC, the NCAA, NAIA and numerous sponsors and partners and coaches at all levels from all around the country! Our annual events include Collegiate Open Water Championship, National Invitational Championship and Annual Meetings/Convention. Experienced college athletics administrator with expertise in operations, sport administration, community engagement, revenue generation and relationship building. Over the course of fifteen years, developed and grew within the Northwestern Athletics and Recreation Department in a variety of roles most recently overseeing Recreation Department.
