I love our clients for their bravery, business savvy and humanism — with these phenomenal leaders we have led the revolution in leveraging the power of play and performance to drive transformation.I don't come to this work as natural born artist, however I am proud to say I have become one. I made my father proud by beginning my career in banking, with vice president roles at Citibank and JPMorgan Chase. I made the leap to entrepreneur in the early days here at Performance of a Lifetime after experiencing the power of performance and play to build bridges across differences and transform poor communities in my work with our mission partner, The All Stars Project. This experience led to my training in Social Therapeutics — the psychology of “becoming” that combines play, performance, practical philosophy, and group creativity to inspire human growth and community development.As Chief Possibility Officer, I have the privilege of partnering with fellow leaders to continuously break new ground, bringing the power of our methods to transform how we grow leaders—everywhere. Each year, we donate a portion of our gross revenues — almost $10 million and counting — to grassroots organizations and social change efforts worldwide.I live in NYC with my husband Andrew and our son Henry, and we love to improvise our way through life together.
