Receive, review and prepare for publication all Legal Notices submitted via email, fax or hard copy for all municipalities in coverage area for two weekly newspapers. Familiarity with the functioning of municipal government through review of Legal Notices including ordinances submitted by municipalities, variance notices submitted by residents, meeting notices submitted by various municipal boards, and tax sales and budget summaries. Position requires superior attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize work under the pressure of weekly deadlines. Extensive customer contact with Municipal Clerks, Board Secretaries and residents.

Ten years of experience in Pension and Retirement Administration, including working in the Trust Division of major national banks. Supervision of junior analysts, managing workflow and quality control review. Training of junior analysts on technical and systems-related practices. Recordkeeping functions including allocation of earnings, contributions, and forfeitures and reconciliation of trust assets to allocation.
