When the pandemic started, she didn't skip a beat transitioning to working from home. In fact, she thrived in it. In the Summer of 2020 Maureen passed her Adobe Captivate professional certification and expertly applied what she learned to the courses she was developing at the time. In early 2021, our department began experimenting with creating some of our courses in Articulate Rise which she learned very quickly. Most importantly of all though, Maureen has been an exceptional friend, teammate, and mentor to me over these last 3 years. Her listening and communication skills are second-to-none and she is the type of person who will give the shirt off her back to help someone in need.
