Supervised team of 11 in charge of new course and program development and management as well as rallied a workforce of 140 staff members from various departments to execute critical projects within a condensed timeframe.• Spearheaded introduction of AP Computer Science Principles, marking largest course launch in AP's six-decade history with 50K students participating in year one and 135K students in year six, and AP Precalculus, which is on track to surpass AP Computer Science Principles, along with the pilot of AP African American Studies.• Developed and executed go-to-market strategy for AP computer science to drive involvement of traditionally underrepresented student groups, resulting in remarkable surge in female participation by 378%, black participation by 571%, and Latinx participation by 467% between 2016 and 2022.• Successfully moved the AP with WE Service Program from pilot to operational launch, a program that enables students to incorporate service projects into their AP courses. 10,000 students earned recognition on college transcripts allowing them to demonstrate skill development in leadership, critical thinking, and analysis. • Drove the strategic direction of the AP Capstone Diploma program, AP’s first set of skills-based courses, AP Seminar and AP Research. Over 100k students participated in AP Capstone in 2022. • Managed over $7M in philanthropic and governmental funding to enhance AP Programs in Title I schools.
