-Third sector CSR experience gained through planned secondment.- Researched and developed frameworks for a range of projects including Enhanced Visual Communication, a reciprocal Leadership Award, use of Secondments and Volunteering as "real time" learning methods, and Centenary Celebrations in preparation for RSWT Centernay in 2012-Managed the interface and financial contribution between the UK Wildlife Trusts and Aggregate Industries.

- Working from a "blank canvas" developed the UK strategy for training, and managed all learning & development activity across 300+ sites in the UK and off shore. - Key responsibility for succession planning, talent management, and performance management. - Undertook generalist HR activities including resourcing for key groups to sustain the talent pool.- Designed and managed the Graduate Recruitment and Development programme which had a retention rate of over 80% at 3 year point.- Introduced e learning to the Organisation, and promoted other forms of technology such as webinar and video conferencing as learning and communication mediums, and developed an on line appraisal system.

-Primary responsibility for development and delivery of learning interventions for store managers and provision of support for my peer group.-Developed a suite of Management courses within 6 weeks and trained peer group to deliver within three months. - Developed open learning materials including workbooks and videos, and introduced the original concept of an in house learning and assessment model based on NVQ principles for store personnel manufacturing spectacles.
