Digital by heart! Ever since I discovered the Internet in the early 90s, I've been fascinated by the possibilities of the connected world. I soon learned that the web was the perfect place to feed my curiosity and do what I have always loved: communicate with people!As a highly experienced senior consultant with over two decades of experience in the digital world, I'm passionate about driving innovation and exploring new technologies in communications.Throughout my career, I have worked in various roles, from establishing social media in the world of a major retailer to scaling online communications in the financial industry, to consulting for one of the largest communications agencies in Switzerland and running their communications lab to drive innovation. I helped set up the Swiss office of a leading conversational user interface agency. Now, I'm focusing on the digital transformation of Switzerland's largest women's prison, with the vision of building a smart prison that concentrates on all things connected to the daily digital life of the inmates.In addition to my professional experience, I am passionate about mentoring and coaching people around me and helping them achieve their career goals. I frequently speak at industry events and conferences, sharing my insights on digital communications and technology trends.Since 2012, I have been the initiator and licensee of TEDxBern. Giving a stage to people and their ideas is a beautiful thing. TED also gave me the key to a wonderful group of people, the TEDx family, worldwide who share the same passion and values. Networking and bringing people together has always been a passion and something I unconsciously learned from my father. As he always did, it is now something natural for me. For over a decade, I have been organising networking events in and around Bern and bringing people together.
