Robotic assembly system: wrote embedded real-time control modules that monitored torque and angle sensor data and stopped at a programmed limit of either angle after snug, torque or reaching elastic limit. Air tool performance monitoring system: wrote airflow signal analysis module, task scheduler, and user interface including graphical plot of air flow signal.
