• Machining using bridgeport, drill press, shaper, horizontal mill.• Grinder hand using flat grinder, wet grinder, with exposure to OD-ID grinder• Die assembly, try out & trouble shooting.

• Set up of metal stamping dies (line dies, progressive dies, transfer dies)• Light maintenance of dies• Troubleshooting problems with dies• Operate Presses, Operate Hi-Lo, Operate Overhead Crane• SPC of products

• Set up and operation of manufacturing cell for specific product line• Set up of miter saws, set up of double ram presses, assembling of product and packing of product

• Management of two locations and employees• Received deliveries, preparation of food, maintain shop cleanliness• Ring out register, lock up shop and deliver money to main location
