Update - 2012 - Working with Alterian software and associated databases. Over 200 databases (largest is over 350 GB) up and most update weekly via automation software. Help develop/expand existing databases to support additional reporting as needed by consultant.In 2005, started working with Alterian software to create and update databases at client level (multiple publications per database). Create and test scripts for complete replacement/incremental update processes. Spend about 80 percent of time in this capacity.In addition to creating and testing updating scripts for Alterian; also continue to support all other software, including answering how-to questions.In 1988 responsible for setting up job templates in JCL, using Group 1, Dyl280, CA-Sort, etc. Monitor 15-20 coordinator/programmers in their use of these templates to create daily adhoc jobs against large flat files in main frame environment.Review and recommend quality control procedures.

General Supply & Inventory Control for major combatant ships. Order, receive, store and issue parts in accordance with current regulations. Maintain accounting and inventory for parts on order and in stock. Request funding and use according to regulations. All was done in non-automated (non-electronic) environment.
