Maurice Hunt AKA Duke is an American producer, entrepreneur, platinum singer and songwriter. He began his professional artistry in 1996 at the age of nineteen when he was plucked out of Youngstown, Ohio alongside an R&B singing group called Whoz Who. The singing group was one of the hottest R&B acts signed to Dr. Dre’s record label, Aftermath Entertainment. The album was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) .His musical arsenal consists of R&B, Hip-hop, Trap, Alternative Rock and Pop. Duke has worked with Commissioner Gordon Williams, John Oates, Mariah Carey, Roscoe, Becky G, Blaq Rose and theatrical acts such as Disney's Lion King, Brandon Kane (Young Simba) and actress Roslyn Cohn just to name a few. His style and creativity is widely universal. Currently, Duke runs Trackbox Studio in Houston, TX offering recording, production and vocal coaching to various artists.
