At BandenConcurrent I am developing a customer service chatbot using GPT-4. The bot can access a knowledge base and integrates with various APIs to answer customer questions, request shipping status, and cancel or return an order. Additionally I am working on a cashflow dashboard that integrates with the Exact Online bookkeeping software.

At Image+ Digital I was responsible for developing a stand-alone kiosk that allows customers to buy ride photography images. This project included a Vue webapp for the interface, a NestJS backend, a centralized kiosk management application, and software drivers for a photo printer, ticket printer, coin acceptor, and multiple payment terminals.

At Boikon I worked as a Software Engineer, where I tackled various aspects of industrial machines. My responsibilities included programming Beckhoff PLCs using Structured Text and working on the HMI using WPF in C#. I divided my time between software development and commissioning machines with the newly developed features.

At GemeenteOplossingen my main responsibility was improving the performance of their in-house CMS used by many municipalities and provinces in the Netherlands. To accomplish this I designed and implemented a self-learning system to predict which database entries are most frequently requested on the website. This was implemented in PHP and PostgreSQL.Additionally, I wrote a Java application that retrieves votes from a voting computer used in council meetings and publishes them online. I was also responsible for upgrading the cryptography algorithm used for encrypting sensitive information.
