I collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure content aligns with the latest features and best practices. In my new position, I will be in charge of training blgCloud ERP customers across Europe and internationally, assisting with software implementation, conducting on-site and remote sessions, and maintaining documentation. My goal is to equip clients with the knowledge and skills to fully leverage innovative blgCloud ERP solutions.
