Through the many roles, a common trait and denominator is that of being a problem solver. My B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering (M.Sc. in Systems Engineering) launched me into areas where my foundation in process improvement methodologies and business process improvements were built. I have further developed and applied solid skills in project management while building relationships with clients and partners. Over time I have journeyed closer to the customer base via roles in supply chain, new products introduction, customer/partner facing sales operations, and internally-facing operational effectiveness responsibilities. Through it all, my unique ability in striking a balance between detail-oriented and data-driven work with taking the broader view before making decisions, has served me well professionally. My personal development and growth from living in multiple countries, embracing a world view and benefiting from navigating a variety of cultures makes me well rounded. Consequently, I have played a key role in directly or indirectly increasing revenue through operationally drivng business outcomes for customers, reseller/partners, plus various sales and partner organizations. I look forward to continuing to add operational value in work environments and companies that are dynamic, positive, agile and who demonstratively value its people and communities.
