As part of the Solution Validation Services (SvS) team we run multiple test cases and PSIRT testing against multiple platforms in a lab environment for customers as part of a service that the customer purchases from Cisco. Some of the platforms tested are ISE, Firepower, CAK 9k, CAT 5k, Cat 3k switches, WLC's, or wireless testing, and DNAC integration with ISE. A growing part of the test cases are automated using CXTM robot script along with Python, Ansible, and XML scripting.

Configure, monitor, and troubshoot ASA5505's, ASA5520's, Cisco 6500, and 3560 switches, Cisco routers, Cisco voice gateways. Upgraded wireless network to Nexgen wireless with Cisco 5508 wireless controllers, Cisco 3602 access points, using Cisco Identity Services Engine, and Cisco NCS for monitoring wireless network activity and overall performance.

Project Manager for the Windows 7 deployment project. Project manager for the LACS deployment which involved using PIV/CAC smart cards for domain login and SSL VPN access. Setup SSL VPN on Cisco ASA5505 Firewall to use PIV smart cards for logon. Setup Corestreet appliance OCSP responder to validate smart card revocation status using CRL lists. Maintained Lumension Sanctuary Device Control, and Lumension Patchlink for workstation patches and updates. Managed McAfee EPO 4.0 server environment, and McAfee Web gateway proxy server. Also maintained Bluecoat Proxy server before migrating to McAfee web gateway.
