I am a founding Partner of the Australian practice of OC&C Strategy Consultants, having formally joined the global partnership of OC&C when our predecessor firm, Australian Strategy Partners was acquired and merged with OC&C Strategy Consultants from 1 May, 2022. My personal sector experience is broad, but my core focus is now on Consumer as well as businesses and issues at the intersection of Consumer and Technology/Media/Software. Prior to founding ASP, I was a founding Partner and Head of Private Equity at EY-Parthenon in Australia, serving both private equity and corporate clients on a wide range of strategic, growth and deal related issues. Prior to that I was a leader in the strategy practice of Kearney, and have worked across Asia, Europe and the US. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Management at UNSW Business School focusing on the role of cognition in strategic decision making.
