Or we helped them correctly terminates programs without unnecessary delay. Proud of that too!Cary Consulting grew successfully for 6 years, but it also made the limitations of a “one man show” obvious from not only the perspective of the client, but also for the consultant, him/herself. Worked with every major (and some not so major) CRO in Europe allowing me to establish a network of contacts in CROs that my clients benefit from to this day. Continued administrative responsibility for pathology department until time of merger with Ciba-Geigy to form Novartis

Scientific and administrative responsibility for pathology department (5 pathologists and 15 technicians). Developed during this time streamlined process for rapid histology slides production and performing histopathology examination. You CAN do it in 2 weeks with the right people.

Always wanted to be an independent consultant :-). This was my first dabble in consulting until Sandoz asked me to be head of their pathology department...an offer I could not refuse.

Arrived in Europe for 1 year job exchange...and been here ever since.
