CurrentInfoReady builds and supports software for institutions of Higher Education, making opportunities easier to find and applications easier to manage. We help our customers scale their programs while saving thousands of hours each year — time they can reinvest in higher-value activities. At InfoReady, we're proud to be helping our more than 130 Higher Ed customers secure funding, operate more efficiently, and engage students with learning opportunities, so they can succeed in their missions to educate our youth and drive the innovation that powers economic development. In 2017, we launched Festivant, extending our submission-vetting expertise to film and music festivals. My few of my responsibilities and outcomes include: • Advise and direct all aspects of the business, including but not limited to, client attraction and retention, product ideation and delivery, business development, human resources, and security. • Successfully lead flagship product to over 300% growth for 3 consecutive years. • Delivered 2 new, from inception to production, SaaS solutions and implemented >10 major customer initiated projects. • Successfully transitioned from offshore development model to on-shore model, which resulted in lower expenses, higher quality, shorter release cycles, and increased stability.• Successfully recruited for all roles (including sales, account management, development, executives, etc) within the organization. • Performed various updates to infrastructure, increasing security, performance and feature set. • Transitioned datacenters, which decreased cost, increased reliability and provided more flexibility. • Responsible for staffing, budgets, and estimates for all aspects of the business. • Accountable for all architectural decisions including technology stack and development approach.
