Global Account Manager
CurrentResponsible for driving strategic sales and business development for distribution accounts and end users within a designated geographic territory. Manage both stock products and custom packaging solutions for diverse industries, including food, bakery, food service, and consumer packaged goods (CPG). Work closely with global manufacturing sites in Asia, Latin America, and the USA, ensuring that we meet customer needs and comply with regional regulations, while adapting strategies to align with changes in the territory.Key Responsibilities:• Manage accounts to achieve growth, meet sales targets, and adhere to annual budget requirements.• Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.• Build and strengthen relationships to boost sales within our existing network while establishing new partnerships.• Collaborate with internal teams to align goals, strategies, and customer needs.• Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with Southern Champion Tray's objectives.• Lead sales presentations at customer events and industry tradeshows.• Use sales tools to forecast production needs and manage inventory effectively.• Work with customers and internal teams to deliver customized packaging solutions.• Partner with Distributor Sales Representatives to train them and expand business opportunities.• Drive new end-user business to distribution partners to enhance market reach.• Foster positive relationships with customers through regular engagement and communication.• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.• Resolve customer issues in line with SCT’s values.• Address product or service-related issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.• Provide exceptional service to all customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
