An opportunity I didn't see coming, but also an opportunity I couldn't pass up. I grabbed him with both hands. That Martijn de Koning gave me this opportunity was of course a great honor. He wanted to give me this opportunity, he said, because he saw more potential in me than just ServiceDesk employee.Within the company on the ABC islands, I was now responsible for:- Communication with the customer (questions from the customer).- Advising the customer on areas for improvement.- Internal consultation between management- Managing colleagues.- Making plans.- Arranging other internal and external business matters.I can honestly say that when you work within the company Successfully, it feels like a professional family business.Everyone is there for each other, and no one is afraid to help or advise each other with a solution or problem.
