Plan and coordinate worship in collaboration with the Sr. Pastor and planning team / build teams to support all areas of ministry / instruct the church in worship as a lifestyle / expand the worship experiences artistically / Lead worship services and train lay worship leaders / Provide for the competent musical direction of all musical groups and soloists / Provide spiritual leadership, accountability, and training for worship volunteers and staff / Develop opportunities for lay people of all ages to use their gifts in worship / Arrange and compose music as needed / Facilitate interaction and cooperation between worship and technology departments / Play organ, piano, bass, and keyboards as needed

I taught General music in this start-up Charter School to 300 children per semester ranging from grades Kindergarten through 8. I wrote and received a grant to improve instrumental music, and I began a choir. In addition I wrote my own curriculum daily due to the lack of funds for textbooks and instruments.
