For the last several years (2014 to present), I have been working at Edaptive Computing Incorporated. Initially, working as an intern, I was promoted three times to a Senior Developer I position. Over this progression I served in multiple key roles. I served as both Project Manager and Scrum Master for multiple software development projects concurrently. Additionally, I supervised multiple interns during their time in the organization . In my current capacity, I still serve in a range of roles: as the technical lead for two software development projects, supervisor for several junior and mid-level employees, coordinator for internal lunch and learn training, and active member of the origanization-level technical overight. These leadership roles required technical knowlege of the products, ability to write quality reports, create & give quality presentations, ability to support process innovation, and solid people skills. During these efforts, I was still active as a developer. My core development skills are both backend (Java, SQL, Python) and front-end Web (Typescript, Angular, and React).From 2012-2014, I served as both campus minister and webmaster for the Dayton Church of Christ. This position involved leading and mentoring college students in ministry work. Our goals were to: train them for effective ministry work, mentor them in life skills, and prepare some for future leading roles(as appropriate). I planned ministry activities on consultation with both local and regional leaders. I also administrated the church website and social media.
