Cofice (service provider in industrial inspections – France - SME)During 5 years, I was the R&D manager of a small SME specialized in industrial inspection.I was in charge of a very innovative project which consisted of adapting and using an unmanned aircraft system (remotely piloted) with specifics payloads and sensors, for high-risks inspections on industrial sites (e.g. steel industry, petrochemistry) and for energy activities (e.g. wind turbine …).My mission consisted of converting this idea in a profitable activity (including: expression of the need, prototyping, markets analysis, patent protection, compliance with regulation, fundraising).Main results :- participation to the drafting of the patent N° FR 2963431,- technical, legal and market validation: launching of the business,- a SME has been created to grow the economic activity based on this innovation.

CID (service provider in innovative projects engineering – France – SME)Accompaniment of industrialists and projects initiators in their innovative projects :- technical, budgetary & calendar assessments of roadmap,- recruitment and piloting of external resources,- research of financial aids.Main results :- Over 60 projects accompanied,- Training SME managers teams to the specific “CIDproject” method (project method especially dedicated to innovative projects).

Setting up of a technical watch on the ultrasonic welding topic and intended to SME:- sourcing, use of internet search tools,- analysis of information,- use of text mining and semantic tools.

This training period consisted to diagnose practices of periodic verifications on weather sensors, in order to establish a quality plan ISO 9001. A Modeling of correctives actions was tested on one sensor (compliance with national calibration, improvements of periodic verifications, measurement uncertainties)
