I plan and conduct regular information system audits of the Bank’s internal controls, operations, risk management and governance processes.

• Supervise Installation of ATM, Configure ATMs, test and implement system changes in line with ICT policy and procedures.• Install and Configure POS machines, test and implement system changes in line with ICT policy and procedures.• Generate daily and monthly transaction reports and facilitate reconciliation in line with Bank policy.• Monitor functionality of electronic channels’ hardware and software and report system failure to vendors and management in line with BT operation policy.• Perform end of day processes and backup data in accordance with the disaster recovery plan and business continuity plan.• Provide support to ATM, POS and ELMA users and provide possible action plans concerning electronic channels’ queries/complaints in line with their needs and the ICT and bank Policies.• Train staff on Basic ATM, POS and Mobile Banking operations in line with e-channels procedures and identified training needs.

• Install, configure maintain and carryout inventory of Bank Hardware and software.• Maintain workstations and IT equipment through system diagnosis, preventive maintenance and upgrade of systems.• Maintain System Security, manage and monitor user access rights.• Carry out Branch File/Database Server Management, routine backup and maintenance.• Monitor Network Performance and Troubleshoot system problems i.e. detect, diagnose, and repair problems." in line with the IT policy, operations guidelines and best practice.• Facilitate Training of branch staff, provide first level support to users.• Analyze, prepare and file daily performance reports in line with the banks IT policy and Operations guidelines.
