Lead the direction and management of Engineering Inclusion and Diversity (EGRID) multicultural programming including the development of event topics and themes; selection of guest speakers and co-curricular instructors; and scheduling of initiatives. Manage departmental budget and endowment funds for the use of multicultural initiatives and student support resources. Oversee the EGRID Emergency Fund and EGRID Loaner Technology Programs, including the coordination of individual student meetings to review requests, and making final approval for funding and resources. Provide direct supervision of all multicultural team staff members and supervisory support of other temporary staff throughout the year. Serve as course instructor for EGR 160: Success in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math during the academic year; including the creation of a dynamic curriculum that addresses all course objectives for the 2-credit class. Coordinate the strategic cultivation, involvement and participation of donors and partners in a variety of multicultural initiatives, professional development workshops, and other yearly programming opportunities.

The Career Series is aimed to fill crucial gap in undergraduate and graduate education by providing career advice, guidance, and tools for students in various disciplines and for career coaches, experts, and practitioners at colleges and universities.

Manage a wide range of college access programming for 600+ underrepresented students in the Metro-Detroit, Grand Rapids, Ypsilanti, and Southfield areas, ranging from 7th-12th grade. Topical areas include college advising; search, application, admissions, and transition processes; career services, summer camps; and faculty designed and led summer courses. Supervise 3 full-time and 4-7 part-time staff throughout the year in addition to leading the recruitment and training of additional temporary staff during peak programming periods. Provide daily management and fiscal administration of departmental budget for a hybrid learning environment. Network with community and campus partners to secure and sustain relationships and provide experiential learning opportunities for WP scholars including U-M schools, colleges, departments and units, and individual faculty; corporate and community partners; and local K-12 school systems and their administrators. Develop funding opportunities for WP initiatives through the cultivation of partnerships with campus stakeholders with the goal of securing grants, gifts, or funds consistent with advancing WP's programming and fiscal sustainability. Conduct program evaluation to support continuous improvement of relevant course content and to facilitate fundraising and resource development.

Manage the Internship and Co-op Program for the College of Engineering including the design and transition to facilitate the program virtually during COVID-19. Developed and instruct ENGR 196, ENGR 998 and ENGR 400 courses for students at all graduate levels planning to participate in internship and co-op opportunities. Source internationally-based opportunities for CoE students through employer referrals and collaboration with other units around the university. Design and update programming focused on CoE international student employment including workshops, presentations and additional collaborative efforts with both internal and external colleagues

Manage annual programming budget to develop and coordinate logistics for multiple departmental events such as gathering guest speakers, creating new content and resources, and developing new interactive workshops. Manage relationships with industry representatives to coordinate a variety of campus recruiting events in addition to facilitating other partnerships with student organizations and colleagues across campus. Instruct three career development courses for College of Engineering students. Provide individual advising and workshop facilitation on career development related topics including but not limited to networking, interview preparation, job search strategies, DEI initiatives, and evaluating job offers.

Provided information and resources regarding the academic expectations and career opportunities and internships available to business students in various majors and concentrations in the School of Business Administration. Advise undergraduate and graduate students as well as alumni within the School of Business Administration on academic requirements for differing career opportunities. Conduct information sessions and workshops and provide advising on the main campus and at extension centers. Effectively engage students in broad discussion from initial college preparedness through career planning.

Executed the development, coordination, and administration of all activities and programs related to Career Services including planning and presenting workshops/programs/courses to students and alumni and also serving as a liaison to academic departments to expand awareness of Career Education Center services.
