In charge of Sales and Marketing with responsibility for customers and Business Development in México and Latinamerica. We are building a formal distribution network as well as an ecosystem of partners and integrators to increase sales of products and engineering projects for private organizations and governemnts. Achieved a sales growth of 20% YoY.

Responsible of Consultancy Services, Sales and New Business Development, Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Administration (office operations and purchasing), legal affairs and customer service.Working as a team, we accomplished the following:- Implemented a new sales strategy which doubled the total sales of the company in two years- Diversified the product offering by creating the Practice of Human Development, which represents 30% of the total income- Negotiatied and signed strategic alliances with IBM, Avnet, Everis, and BDO, by which we gave a huge impulse to our brand globally and increased the number of business partners by 5X- Certified the company as the 2nd Greatest Place to Work in Mexico and 17th in LATAM. - Ranked our organization as #12 in the list of the best consulting firms specialized in IT in Mexico in 2013

Main responsibilities are:- Operations. Includes customer service, quotes, order management, shipments, imports, logistics and distribution, relations with suppliers and customers, direct and indirect purchasing, collections and training to our sales team. - Sales management. Includes new business development, key accounts, National and Latin America sales, product marketing, technical support and customer training, forecast and budget management.- Infrastructure and Information. Includes systems management and design, IT and resource assets management, reporting, strategic planning, sales / technical materials and documentation and help desk.

Project Leader. Successfully implemented all operating processes in SAP to be able to fully work EDI with the major wholesalers in Mexico.Optimized handling and product delivery in Mexico’s City Distribution Center
