- Managed the Systems Engineering Team Leaders for Government Space Systems Programs, which include: Tracking and Data Relay Satellites, Wideband Global SATCOM, Global Positioning System (GPS IIF), and other projects for the USAF Space and Missile Systems Center.- Ensured the technical integrity of Space Systems by establishing Systems Engineering standards and processes, resolving technical issues across programs and product lines, and evaluating the readiness of Spacecraft prior to delivery to the customer- Developed and maintained the Technology Roadmap for the Space Systems Engineering Directorate, and led a portfolio of competitiveness initiatives to achieve affordability targets- Managed 5 functional groups (125+ Systems Engineers) within the Spacecraft Systems Engineering Department: Spacecraft Requirements & Verification, Spacecraft Design, Spacecraft System Integrity, Propulsion, Electrical Power, and Harness Subsystem Engineering- As Systems Engineering Lead and Program Chief Engineer, led a multidisciplinary team of Systems Engineers to ensure the design, verification, and delivery of a compliant Space Segment Design- Led the Xenon Ion Propulsion Integrated Team and was accountable for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of XIPS products across the Boeing satellite fleet. Managed the interface with the supplier: contract negotiations, financial agreements, supplier performance monitoring- Led the design, development, integration, and test of a Spacecraft Bus Module- Led the specification, design, development, and verification of Electrical Power Subsystems (power electronics, Solar Array, and Battery) across multiple Satellite Programs
