These activities include negotiating and managing contracts of Components and Aircraft maintenance, Insurances, JetFuel, IT, Airport Operation Services, Aircraft Catering, amongst other minor contracts.- Responsible for all international logistics processes - Inbound and Outbound - including major processes as Aircraft and Engines.- The Supply Chain Team was composed by 45 persons, divided amongst 5 coordinations.- In 2015 the team conducted a massive Strategic Sourcing Project which brought around R$ 150 Million in savings over the annual spend for the 2015 - 2016 timeframe.- In 2013 - 2014 timeframe, due to massive process driven management, the team increased the service level from 47% to 70% for internal customers and contracting processes. These actions also drove the organizational environment approval in our area from 25% approval to 70% approval from the team.- In 2014 the company initiated the project to migrate from Oracle ERP to SAP ERP. Supply chain was the second most affected area by the system changes.
