Sr. Software Engineer (2008-2010)• Led a team of engineers in the design, implementation and successful deployment of a $450,000+ solution for the South Carolina Department of Social Services.This solution includes a CA Plex generated application to be used by their legal department to manage their case load, a .net windows forms application using Web Services to interface with their Children Case Management System, and conversion applications. Managed project from requirements validation to acceptance.• Managed development team including an overseas team located in China (10 members). Performed workload distribution, scheduling,conflict resolution, interfacing with internal and external teams, and architect/design solutions.• Led 4-member team of software programmers to develop Web-based application that allows user to update case, party, and event details while in the courtroom. The application also generates Word documents based on predefined templates. This application was developed using SOA-Based Development, Scrum, Entity Framework, JQuery, ASP.NET, WCF, C#, and SQL Server 2008.• Performed as Agile lead and Senior Software Engineer on a team responsible for developing and deploying an ASP.Net Business Registration, Hospitality Tax and False Alarm Administration System for Spartanburg County, SC. This application was developed using Entity Framework, JQuery, ASP.NET, VB.NET, Crystal Reports, and SQL Server 2008.• Assisted in preparing RFP/RFI responses. Provided technical specification for interfacing with other solutions and technologies,hardware and software requirements based on proposed solution and development schedule.• Designed and developed new functionality based on customer requirements and potential new customers. Maintained applications using CA Plex, ASP.NET, WCF, C# and SQL Server.• Developed a Web application to manage Marriage License applications.
