Responsible for monitoring daily absenteeism on production lines; - Participation in the daily Planning meeting and monitoring of the daily Production plan; - Development and participation in Operational Kaizens events. Main results: - Participation of 4 Kaizens (1 Manufacturing representative, 1 as a member, 1 as a Leader, 1 as a Tutor) in the factory, acquiring the title of Green Belt; - 1 Kaizen focused on Equipment Maintenance, mapping opportunities for improvement in equipment to automate setups and save time when changing models; - 3 Manufacturing Kaizens addressing a new problem-solving method using the help chain, implementation of continuous improvement in each workstation, eliminating the occurrence of assembly failures; - Best Kaizen award for September/23 acting as Project leader; - Success in leading 3 production lines at the factory such as the microwave oven manufacturing line, finned manufacturing line (base for air conditioning assemblies) and the window air conditioning manufacturing line.

Responsible for analyzing and defining work methods and processes, studying times and parameters; - Mapping the flow of activities and identifying failures; - Establishment of problem-solving strategies and Leader of the Specific Improvement Pillar. Main results: - Implementation of standardization of air tubes for fillers; - Development of improvement teams on filling lines, holding Kaizen events at the factory, improvement studies and encouraging continuous improvement actions in Production; - Development of standardization of tools by SKU, mapping product volume, filling time and filling speed, resulting in less waste of finished product, beverage overdose, greater product yield and reduced setup time; - Direct participation in the creation and conduct of the Project to reduce Sugar loss in the Packaging lines – Silver in the PQA/AM 2021 award; - Success in the DMAIC project to analyze sugar loss in the filling processes of production lines, we achieved incredible results in this project by reducing sugar loss, we increased production yield by avoiding overdose, we took this project to the competition and had a great result ; - Development of the Green Belt project for the Can Production line, reducing the loss of cans due to process failures; - 17% reduction in total loss after work performed; - Development of the Yellow Belt project for the Can Production line, significantly reducing production stops due to mechanical failures; - Development of ABF’s as a tool facilitator; - Development of Action Plans to improve the Productivity of Production lines.

Responsible for controlling the expenses required by the projects and acting in Production Planning and Control; - Responsible for promoting the quality of products and the achievement of results. Main results: - Implementation of the production target policy, providing a 20% increase in efficiency in the bottle filling sector; - Success in projects to acquire more modern date machines and filling machines; - Reduction of LPG costs by negotiating directly with the supplier; - Reduction of freight costs by implementing new processes and internalizing distributions that were previously outsourced; - Success in carrying out the water recirculation operation for cooling sauces, promoting savings of 40% in the consumption of treated water.

Responsible for managing the company's supply chain, working on purchasing inputs and defining minimum and safety stocks for Raw Materials and Packaging; - Development of indicators for the area (consumption by historical average, waste, inventory accuracy and cyclical inventory). Main results: - Implementation of the PCP sector in the company (Aug/2017), involvement in the development of a stock x demand analysis method to create the weekly schedule for the synthetic enamel manufacturing sector; - Reduction of raw materials in transit, Reduction of waste, Reduction of product transformation practices and Reduction of packaging loss. - Participation in the company's ISO 9001:2015 Certification (Jun/2016).
