I'm a consultant. Modeling, storing, querying, visualizing and analyzing data is what I do on a daily basis.Here's how I got there:After getting a degree in chemistry I worked as a quality assurance manager and got vast training in good manufacturing practices.I then realized I wanted to learn how to program; so I pursued software engineering education from different sources, including: online training, university courses and personal research.As it turns out, my analytic background from scientific education and coding skills are a perfect blend for a data scientist. The evolving nature of the data science field is great, having to continuously learn new technologies and solve different problems thrills me! And this brings us to my current role as a consultant.On a side note, I am also a certified Magic: the Gathering judge (yes, the geek-y card game).
