Recent significant tasks and results are summarized below: - In the first year as VP of Finance, we completed one successful acquisition adding $1.1M in EBITDA to reach the $3.4M tag; strategies led to 202% Equity Value growth. - As commercial director managing 90% of company revenues ($35mn USD) budget was achieved in 2020 and 2021 despite the pandemic difficulties. - As PE associate, I was in charge of management and follow up of one fund´s portfolio company ($50mn USD valuation). Main tasks include Investor Relations with mexican regulators, banks and leveraging partners.
