 Head of Legal Operations Team (four lawyers, one administrative assistant and two interns) responsible for being the local legal expert for the operations in South America, including advising on all regulatory aspects of the business; Responsible for interaction with government authorities in relation to the discussion of new legislations and participation in public consultations; Responsible for investigations in Brazil related to Workplace Respect and Fairness, including providing recommendations for the improvement of company policies and procedures; Responsible for assisting the compliance team with trainings, especially related to competition law; Responsible for litigation department, controlling all lawsuits and administrative proceedings in South America (including public civil actions, criminal investigations, labor lawsuits and environmental inquiries); Responsible for leading corporate restructuring operations within TechnipFMC group in Brazil, including acquisitions of medium size local companies and liquidations;  Responsible for complex supplier contracting negotiations, including transactions in Turkey and France; and Responsible for Real State transactions in South America.

• Head of Legal Team (five lawyers and two interns) responsible for the ports terminals and manufacturing units, including a logistic base of flexible pipes operated on behalf of Petrobras and a public leased port.• Set-up of the strategic litigation department, controlling all lawsuits and administrative proceedings (including public civil actions, criminal investigations and environmental inquiries), being also responsible for the lawsuit against Petrobras in relation to Onshore Project, based on a turn-key EPC Contract, in the amount of BRL 1BI;• Responsible for Regulatory, with frequent interface with federal agencies (Antaq), administrative bodies (Ministry of Ports), civil associations, public prosecutors and environmental authorities. • Coordinator of Legal and Tax committee at ABEAM.

 Analysis, draft and negotiation of the following contracts: render of services, lease, loan, charters (bare boat, time charter and voyage), sales, non-disclosure, building, financing, leasing and insurance; Draft of corporate documents related to limited liability and joint-stock companies and consortiums; Legal support to corporate restructuring operations within TechnipFMC group;  Corporate legal support to TechnipFMC companies located in Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands and Portugal;  Legal support to Onshore, Offshore and Subsea projects in the Oil and Gas industry, including engineering and construction of Petrochemical plants and FPSOs (EPC/ EPCM) and supply and installation of rigid and flexible pipes (EPCI). This support includes negotiations with major oil companies in Norway and France;  Responsible for adjusting compliance procedures of TechnipFMC for contracting freight forwarders and business partners, as well as for donations and sponsorships, to the particularities of the Brazilian legislation;  Legal support to lease and acquisition of strategic assets for the group offshore operations in Brazil, including: port areas, spoolbase and new vessels; and Short term assignment in Technip France (Paris) with the following scope: (i) draft of partnership agreements for the incorporation of joint ventures in Norway and France, including the set-up of applicable compliance policies and procedures; (ii) analysis and negotiation of BIMCO standard contracts; (iii) responsible for drafting compliance procedures of TechnipFMC for contracting freight forwarders and business partners, as well as donations and sponsorships; (iv) Analysis draft and negotiation of shipbuilding contracts; and (v) draft and negotiation of financing agreements for building vessels in Brazil.
