With over 25 years of professional experience in the Finance Area, I have developed strong strategic vision, analytical skills, and flexibility to adapt to changes. I have worked in various roles and sectors, including banking, music streaming, and financial services, where I have led teams, created key performance indicators, and influenced business decisions.Most recently, I was the Director at Wise, a global technology company that offers fast, cheap, and transparent money transfers. There, I managed and oversaw the licensing, implementation, and reporting of the entire Controllership area, as well as the external audit and the accounting reports to the Central Bank of Brazil. I have extensive experience in working with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally, and in complying with foreign exchange regulations and prudential requirements. I also have a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, as I am a company startup specialist and have an MBA in International Controlling from FGV.
