I led the contact with both clients and suppliers successfully. The aim was to enhance their overall business performance, showing the following results (company names were edited due to privacy policy):PureNature• Use of 210 kg/year sodium hypochlorite was avoided.• Annual production increased by 20 %.Handmade Home• 1.2 tons/year of solid waste avoided by reusing packaging raw material. These savings meant 8200 USD (70 % of total savings).Textiluxe• Energy consumption was reduced by 50 % by implementing a photovoltaic system (saving about 10000 USD).• 2400 tons/year of cotton textile waste were recycled to produce denim textiles, increasing revenues up to an extra 40000 USD.SoftThreads• Optimising the process and after the advice of an energy audit, the energy required to produce 1 ton (kWh/ton) was reduced by 30%.
