Developed Real-time Analytics for Telecommunications solution framework based on Oracle Complex Event Processing (CEP); near real-time Big Data analysis via event stream processing. Involves business value proposition, use cases, and proof of concepts including: End-to-End QoS monitoring & management, mobile data offload to WiFi system driven by device location events with geospatial analysis and rendering, and Twitter feed analysis. Programming in Continuous Query Language (CQL) and Java. Hands-on expertise areas also include publish/subscribe and messaging queue systems (Oracle WebLogic/JMS) and distributed in-memory caching (Oracle Coherence). US Patent No. 5,732,078.- Member of team that designed and developed the Touring Machine system, an enterprise desktop videoconferencing system.
