I took on a key role in the implementation, subsequent support, usage, and ongoing customization of the ERP Everest developed by Acom Sistemas, ensuring that it met the company's needs. Working closely with the development team, I utilized my skills in process and data analysis and modeling to create systems and tools such as a pre-sales system, billing system, customer support (SAC), and item return control.Additionally, I played an active role in maintaining and developing solutions using C# and ASP.NET, with a focus on integrating e-commerce platforms including Vtex, as well as integrating NF-e, Esitef, Serasa, and other relevant tools. As part of my responsibilities, I also served as a DBA (MSSQL Server), ensuring efficient database performance and management. This involved developing stored procedures, tables, views, and other necessary structures for the proper functioning of the system.Throughout this period, I provided essential user support by offering technical assistance and solutions to their needs. I was also responsible for documenting systems and processes, ensuring that all information was recorded and accessible to the team. My communication skills and ability to understand user needs were crucial in providing high-quality support.

Minha experiência profissional inclui ministrar aulas nos cursos de Automação Industrial e Técnico em Mecatrônica, onde fui responsável por lecionar disciplinas de Linguagem C e Introdução à Robótica.No curso de Automação Industrial, ministrei aulas de Linguagem C, abordando os fundamentos e conceitos essenciais dessa linguagem de programação amplamente utilizada na automação de processos industriais. Durante as aulas, desenvolvi materiais didáticos e práticos, como exercícios e projetos, para auxiliar os alunos a compreenderem e aplicarem os conceitos aprendidos.No curso de Técnico em Mecatrônica, ministrei a disciplina de Introdução à Robótica, onde explorei os princípios básicos da robótica. Isso incluiu conceitos de cinemática, programação de robôs, controle e aplicações em automação. Durante as aulas, promovi atividades práticas, como programação de robôs e simulações, para oferecer aos alunos experiências hands-on e facilitar a compreensão dos conceitos teóricos.Durante meu tempo como professor, adotei uma abordagem prática e interativa, incentivando a participação ativa dos alunos e promovendo um ambiente de aprendizagem envolvente. Além disso, trabalhei de perto com outros professores para garantir a coerência curricular e o alinhamento das atividades com os objetivos do curso.Minha experiência como professor de Automação Industrial e Técnico em Mecatrônica me proporcionou a oportunidade de transmitir conhecimentos técnicos complexos de forma clara e eficaz, bem como desenvolver habilidades de comunicação, organização e trabalho em equipe.

As a Data Modeling Analyst, I had the opportunity to perform a series of essential responsibilities for project success. During my role, I conducted needs assessments with clients to understand their specific demands and requirements. This allowed me to map and define processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.In the context of data modeling, I conducted structured and object-oriented (O.O.) analyses using appropriate methodologies to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the models. I used the UML language for system specification, documenting the necessary technical and functional specifications for system development.Furthermore, I played a key role in managing development and implementation teams. I led teams, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to project deadlines and requirements.My experience as a Data Modeling Analyst has provided me with a strong set of technical skills, such as needs assessment, process mapping, structured and object-oriented analysis, system specification, and development team management. Additionally, I have developed interpersonal skills such as effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
