· To plan and to program the merchandise supply for our inventory.· To negotiate with national and international suppliers.· To manage the delivery times, as well as reviewing the company’s stock.

· Communication with international suppliers from Italy, Germany, France, USA, amongst others, in order to verify if the merchandise was ready to be imported.· Coordination with logistics suppliers in order to transport the merchandise from the countries of origin, to the different facilities of the company in Mexico (Veracruz, San Luis Potosí, and Morelos).· To set up the documents and to follow up the procedures of customs clearance in Mexico; also, to keep record of the operations held, as well as the expenses related to them.· Teamming up with the warehouse workers in order to keep track of the supplies needed, as well as programming the delivery of key consumables for production.

· Development of business plans to export.· Doing research on non-tariff restrictions and regulations in order to reach new markets.· Finding new foreign potential customers for different mexican products.· Negotiating with foreign customers and to write up international sales agreements.· International logistics modeling.

· To represent my fellow students at the University's Council.· To organize activities that engaged the students' community in a healthy coexistence, promoting sports, ecology, social aid, politics, academic events, amongst many.

· To follow up everything related to the Mexican's Platform of Foreign Trade (Ventanilla Única de Comercio Exterior Mexicano).· To integrate import files, as well as expenses data linked to the import process.· To assist in different tasks that my bosses assigned me.

Programar la agenda de la Directora general, asistir a ferias y foros empresariales para promover los servicios del Buffet Jurídico Internacional, preparar presentaciones Power Point para las conferencias, entre otras responsabilidades.
