- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to gather and analyze demand forecasts, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition efforts and organizational objectives. This includes proactively identifying hiring needs, anticipating fluctuations in demand, and adjusting recruitment strategies accordingly to meet evolving business requirements.-Responsible for the complete end to end recruitment process from demand reception, including sourcing potential candidates through various channels, initiating initial contact, coordinating and conducting interviews, presenting the company and its values, outlining benefits and opportunities, validating candidate profiles and English language skills, arranging technical, project and client interviews, and diligently following up on the entire process for various profiles in the IT industry.-Maintain a pool of potential talent in anticipation of future demand, aligning with global projections.- Participation in pilot programs, execution, and integration of new platforms for tracking and supporting the global recruitment process of the company.
