• Appointed NSW General Manager of publicly listed finance company to manage and coordinate 6 Sydney based branches and ongoing day-to-day management.
• Provide regular financial reports to the board on individual branch performance.
• Organise and chair weekly management meetings.
• Provide advance notice of capital financing requirements based on cash flow projections.
• Co-ordinate branch staffing requirements.
• Ensure proper training and induction of staff in use of computer systems and procedures.
