Responsible for defining the user experience across 5 web-based products that included content management and team collaboration.Flagship customers - Ford, Halliburton, Boeing and Starbucks.

Worked with product management, engineering and company executives to design features around document management, search, discussion forums, e-commerce exchanges and competitive tracking modules.Managed a small team of designers, front-end engineers and consultants in the production of UI comparatives and dynamic prototypes which illustrated detailed aspects of the product experience. Ensured a synergy between design and development by managing production of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JSP.
